Hawktober 2022 with San Diego County Parks & Rec In Lakeside

For the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation, October becomes Hawktober—a special celebration of our resident birds of prey. We’ve planned events at locations across San Diego, with ample opportunities to meet the real live hawks, owls and falcons that are part of our animal ambassador program. Mark your calendar to attend one or more of these interactive meetups, where our park rangers will share information about raptors’ features, adaptations and the important roles they serve in the wild.
