    Mike has been a licensed real estate agent since 1983. His experience includes real estate appraising, and representing both buyers and sellers of single family homes, condos, multi-family homes, and vacant land. Mike is on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors (PSAR), and a member and immediate past-chairman of PSAR's Government Affairs Committee. He may be best known for being the chairman of Oktoberfest in El Cajon since 1996 - the best fest in the west! Mike is a longtime Lakeside resident, a single dad with two young adult sons.

     A lifelong nature girl, Julie became Executive Director of Lakeside's River Park Conservancy in 2023.  She has a background in business and non-profit development, she loves California, and the snorkel gear is always in the car, ready for a swim with the leopard sharks.

    Robert Davila is the owner of Lakeside Equipment, a family-owned and operated business celebrating its 40th anniversary this October. He has been an active member of the community, serving as the Lakeside Chamber President in 2014 and as a board member of a local private school for the past eight years. In addition to his role at Lakeside Equipment, Robert is the managing partner of a local property management firm. He is married with two children and enjoys spending his time engaging with his community and trips with his family.
