Catfish Opener

Catfish season opener is May 23rd - 26th! The season kicks off with a stocking of 1,500 pounds of catfish in the lake. Lake operating hours for the season are Fridays, 6:00 a.m. to midnight, Saturdays, 6:00 a.m. to midnight & Sundays, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Boat rentals and launches will be available. Full sized lanterns are required at sunset. The entrance gate will close at 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings.

A California state fishing license is required.

$55 - 5 Hour Motorboat Rental ($14 additional hour)
$30 – 5 Hour Rowboat Rental ($5 additional hour)
$20 – 2 Hour Kayak Rental
$20 - Hourly Paddleboat Rental
$30 – Hourly Krystal Kanoe Rental (2-person/kanoe) 
$12 - Private Boat Launch
