In celebration of two wheels\, on Thursday\, May 16th the entire lake will be open for biking\, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For this one-of-a-kind event\, you'll be able to bike the 5+ mile loop around the lake. The lake loop offers a little elevation\, vistas\, and some shade. The loop is mostly paved\, except for a small section past Eagle Point where there's a gravel/dirt road. Please purchase a day use permit ($5/person) at the Bait & Tackle Shop or campground kiosk. Be aware that no dogs are allowed on the recreation side of the lake where the boat dock and bait & tackle shop are located. There will be no fishing or boating permitted on this day.
